Palm's total revenues doubled this quarter... ...to $522 million with a record 2.1 million units shipped in the quarter. There should be a new Palm model shipping with an MMC/SDMC slot by May of 2001. Component shortages are still a problem for Palm including LCD screen drivers and RF chips.
