Richard, I didn't even notice that bit since I was so impressed by the incredibly interesting financials for the quarter. I think the last thing this company's customers and staff need is more uncertainty. Spin-offs are great for merchant bankers but I'm not sure they are good for customers and staff. Particularly in this case we are talking about a small company anyhow. Dividing up the intellectual property will take the wisdom of Solomon to get right. And if they get it wrong, someone will be the loser.
