Thanks for the latest Investors Intelligence Survey data.

I remember that Bob required a %bullish of 70% or greater to move the indicator into the bearish zone in his model. Below 70% it was neutral, I believe.

What percent bullish value was the lower end of the neutral range?

Pete,

Similar development with AAII (American Association of Individual Investors) weekly sentiment. As of late last week, Bulls down to 31% (close to lows for this year), and Bears up to 51% (highest reading since Oct. of '92).

Perhaps a counter trend rally can finally commence, unless another retest of recent lows is in order. If so, I hope the next retest is successful.
