FMO -- public debt is trading between 18 and 19 cents. I tried to short this one a couple of months ago, but no shares available.

The pricing of the public debt indicates that chapter 11 is a probability and that the debt holders will get very little out of the reorg.

I would say that the equity has no value whatsoever.

FMO..... better look again...Can Chase say no???? i do not think so! I think FMO asbestos liability is overblown and FMO has adiquate(sp)(DUH) reserves for this situation.
seems like i`m buying a call with unlimited time here,WELL worth the risk! regards john
