Anyone know how the transfer of options contracts will work when SDLI and JDSU officially merge?

The exchange is SDLI = 3.8 x JDSU's stock price.
Would the SDLI March 190 calls (50 x 3.8 = 190) become the JDSU March 50 calls ?

Can anyone tell me what the discount is by buying SDLI calls over JDSU?
Or is JDSU calls trading at the discount?

The math is making my head spin...
