Three hours and the numbers will be revealed. One thing to remember about dual fuel users who are kicked off of NG. They are kicked off because demand has brought regional demand to a point where priority customers cannot be maintained reliably. When temperatures keep dropping the demand will still go higher by priority customers. So I imagine there is a temperature band where there is a net gain when NG is curtailed. But when the temperature drops the demand rises above the level at the curtailment.
