OK, is CCUR cheap at $4?

They say now that they'll 73-85 mln in 2001. Their profit margin is 47% (?), so we are talking minimum ($73mln rev.)
$34,310,000 net profit; 54,667 shares out = $0.627 per share. So CCUR at $4 is selling at (forward) PE of 6.38?
Are my numbers make sense?
Well, if they make 85 mln forward PE is 5.

Any comments?
