Debby,

Be careful of ONIS.
Yesterday they unlocked 3 million shares and the third week in January, another 75 Million will unlock.
In addition, they have NO PE

Hope this helps,

Fred

If ONIS has lots of cash, decent product and has been knocked down to the ground or even underground (below book value) then it's a buy IMHO. But I don't know the company.
Any and all bad news has been doubly or triply priced into just about any stock so it's really more about market timing here than stock-picking. When they're all at bargain basement levels they will all rise once we have a recovery rally. Since tax selling is clearly one reason we can't rally off the bottom for long New Years ought to be the big catalyst. Won't be anymore incentive to sell after this week. And shorts should cover en masse. The smart ones aree getting out now and reversing their positions. Even a bad news stock like LU is a ridiculous buy now. Down from $80 to $13 I don't care if they don't sell a thing for the next year it's a buy. Hard to pick any special ones, they're almost all steals assuming we rally into January and beyond and Greenspan starts cutting rates.
