The same machines everywhere, yet seems only black areas are affected, why would that be ? Are blacks the only new voters ? (new and infrequent ) Thats complete non-sense. Why do they need the software and no one else ? Double punch the card when you dont like the vote. Daley and his cronies been doing it for years. See you have to put more than one thing together to get the full picture. I know that is dificult for you but give it a try sometime.
