You make me think of my husband so much- are you sure you're not he posting from work? He NEVER blows his horn. Actually, that's true of him in the metaphorical sense too, as it seems to be of you. Early in our marriage I learned not to do two things: open mail that only had his name on it, even if it was obvious junk, and not to reach over and blow the horn when he was driving. It drove me insane when people committed serious horn-deserving offenses and he didn't let them know their guilt, so one time I leaned over and hit the horn for him. I did each of those things only ONCE as I am a very fast learner. I never even read the boys' stuff UNLESS it arrives in the laundry room or they leave it open on the kitchen counter. Then it is mine. lest you think I am reckless, I am a discriminating honker; I usually only honk at the elderly and the handicapped. I wouldn't dream of blasting away at a pick-up with a confederate flag in the window and a gun rack. I do have some sense.
