It is completely possible that there are innocent explanations for all of the strange going ons in Palm Beach County. On the other hand it could be a case of outright vote fraud.

I find it suspicious that the same type of overvote occurred 4 years earlier and yet has occurred in none of the other elections. Could it be that someone got away with it 4 years ago and was confident enough to try again?

This would be a very easy thing to debunk. Take the overvotes and run them through a card reader that records what holes were punched. There would not need to be any hand inspection until this was done.

If those overvotes contained a statistically significant deviation from the average Palm Beach vote, such as a higher percent vote for Republicans then I think there would need to be an investigation.
