I believe that AOL isn't vocal enough. They sit tight and allow all kinds of grim speculation to pile up on the various stock sites. They call the speculation news. They compare AOL to YHOO and AMZN.

Then in a moment of stupidity they announce to the world that it will cost them money if the merger doesn't close by the end of the year. Well I guess they just wanted to see the ass torn out of the stock.

At 40 yesterday 39.99....today 35s..36??

Case needs to plant his ass on CNBC like other CEOs would and say something.

TG

PS...No lame comments about his needing to run the business.

Thanks...because stockholders own the business and he is hurting the owners.
