That is hard to answer, because I don't think there is any reasonable possibility that the common stock will survive (the company will survive, except with new shareholders).

The pricing of the debt says that FMO will go into chapter 11 and existing equity will be wiped out. I never bet against the debt markets.

Of course every once in a while the bond market can be wrong, maybe they are misreading the risk to FMO of the asbestos liability. But, personally, I wouldn't bet against them.
