Okay since no one here wants to buy EOG at $55 lets talk about some that may move in 2001.

1)MMR

This POS has done nothing but go down in 2000. But there may be some light at the end of this tunnel.

A little cash for the coffers:http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/001204/la_mcmoran_2.html

Some drill bit success:http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/001204/la_mcmoran_2.html

Bass family buying:http://biz.yahoo.com/t/m/mmr.html

Chart may have put in a double bottom:http://stockcharts.com/webcgi/wb.exe?SC.web+mmr

The sulphur sale announcement will be the trigger IMO. Should the sale fail I would imagine we will continue to languish at these levels.

Options are available and aren't too pricey at this point. One might keep an eye peeled for the announcement of the sale and hop on board at that point.

Market cap of 186 million and if the sales come through 100 million in green.

Just a thought.

Picked up some NTG. Was that your idea? If so, thanks.

OT/Credit to Roebear for mentioning TTN to me. Don't do much outside the patch. But, IMO this one has at least a good ST pop in her that's well worth playing.

Did the DD and in spite of all kinds of controversy and legal fighting over their accounting and financial statements, went ahead and picked up a 1/2 position Friday @ 14 11/16.

My read of the charts & TA says, FOR NOW, the bad news has been fully discounted and she's going higher. Today is a good start(G).
