It could be a good short term bet, but in the long-term there is a very high probability it will go to zero.

Keep in mind that, if FMO were to file chapter 11, the plants would not be shut down for even one hour. Since they have some hard assets, they could get some DIP financing and would actually end up in a better position re meeting payroll and other expenses.

They would only shut down if they did a 7, which is very unlikely.
