I'm fairly familiar with that publication and the collection process. That's how I knew that sick f*ck who blew those people away had most likely defaulted on a payment agreement to advance to the levy process.

Many on the thread seemed to believe that some "court" requirement should have been met to legitimize the levy...that the collection process is somehow extra-legal...that going to "court" will somehow resolve collection issues in the TP interest.

Ho, ho, ho.

They need to do some reading.
