For the FY ended 9/30/00, sales increased 43% to $237.1M. Net income totaled $10.3M, up from $279K. Revenues reflect acquisitions and continued strong demand from the Company's products. Net income also benefitted from the absence of $15.8M in write-off intangible charges.
