If I have learned anything in this market it is to buy when everyone hates em, and sell when everyone luvs em. Just unloaded my drug stocks and put my money in techs. I wish I had know this a few years back, when I just started out. Unloaded 30,000 of a energy stock at a huge loss, unloaded merk at a huge loss, sold Reits at a loss, put money in stocks that r worthless today. Everything has it time, the bear wont last over a couple of years this isnt Japan. Buy the great ones today, sell into the next big rally, and buy again for a longer term, thats what I'm doing. Tech is not dead, its just laying low for a while, letting the good ole boys buy cheap and sell high to the rest of us.
