Search me. The following really got me:

Projecting $100,000 for budgetary purposes is even pushing it for most builds. Maybe they meant through war-torn neighborhoods due to the cost of armored vehicle rentals, or $30,000 to $70,000 on regular routes. The latter are closer to figures I've seen on actual builds.
