LOL...that's ok with me but if I were you, I'd never admit that! I give up trying to figure out LU. I'll just keep pluggin' til I get um.

I can get the virus definitions, no problem. I always get a failure in the program update because of this file: NavUStub.ex^. My bet is that it is the file running the install.

Hi Mark,
I'd have to go with the ISP theory. I have a DSL connection with SNET which provides a dialup number as an alternate in case the DSL is down. Anyway, I could not update through SNET over DSL or Modem. However, I can update through my Connix account. It is the same on all my computers and modems. At my other house I have the @Home cable modem set up and have no problems.

However, I believe Symantec (or SNET) has changed something, because after having had this problem since I got Systemworks 2001, just this week it started working through SNET on all of my computers.
