OT hey dude. I was wondering if this is really securities fraud. Considering all the financial disclosure i've made (and all. ) And i'm not really selling a security..i'm selling an (entire) company...and It's not like i'm selling something i don't understand. How can it be fraud if i'm selling some electronic bits. Guess i need a broker to explain securities fraud to me. seems they know best about what is real and what is a ponzi scheme. why else would they bring all those IPO's public. I think bottom line here. Is i'm selling information ) about a derivative of a derivative of a fraudulent system.
