Yes, as I found out right away. My Netscape locked up in the middle of a message to that effect. Since the price of Berkley was immediately bid up above the $10 offer, and since it is a hostile offer made --it seems-- with no consultation with Berkley's management, and since it is perceived as a US raid on a good little Canadian company, there may be considerable resistance and more than one "white knight" maneuver. Hunt tried to pull this off cheap and quick and it may not work.
