I don't think the plastics deal has any revenue either. But you can't tell what is going on as the disclosure is brutally inadequate. I don't think this company has an independent board member and I believe shareholders of St. Jude should start asking some questions with respect to who is doing the due diligence on the acquisitions and who is approving the expenditures. Given the some of the board's current and previous track record, it won't take them long to blow C$9 million.
