Hey Larry, interesting read. My scenario is not to put more than 20% into the market (except for the IRA, upon strong conviction). And I wouldn't hedge with mutual funds. The writer should also keep up better with the rates paid by the top money markets. Some of them listed as institutional will take individuals with reasonable amounts of cash. The minimum required varies tremendously among the fund families. That monthly money market statement helps keep the market gyrations in perspective.
