Rajala we have been through this before, Either you are really slow or a paid shill like TERO. 1)Contracts have been signed with Ericy, MOT, Tashiba that state WCDMA and CDMA2000 royalty rates are the same 2)Japanese MITI said that WCDMA requires 1500 QCOM Worldwide patents 3)DOMOCO's vendors have not said they are not going to pay QCOM. In actuality they have all signed 3G contracts. 4)If WCDMA is indeed diferent from CDMA why do NOK Ericy and domoco have NO patents(or less then 10) for this great technology? 5)Qcom MGMT has gone on record as stating without question Qcom gets paid nomatter what. Please give us a break, you are so incorrect factually that you have lost any credibility. Why do you post here? Do you work for someone who's interest it is to bash Qcom? I think so.
