Have you asked Reid Muoio if prosecuting the hypsters was considered?

Has anyone contacted the SEC to specifically state that the internet hypsters took it to the level to call people at their homes? I have never spoken to any of these indivuals other than through SI.

Did anyone on the infamous "email list" contact the SEC to make sure they were aware of such hyping activity?

How about the various stock newsletters such as the Konlin letter? Were they compensated in any way for their glowing projections of DCTC?

Seems Murphy spent an inordinate amount of time on the phone with Grupo and JMED. Seems that time could have been better spent evaluating these fairy tale deals that never closed. Makes me wonder why spending time on the phone with hypsters and posting SI notes was a higher priority than researching the backgrounds of the individuals we were making deals or researching the fraudulant financial filings our wonderful accountants and auditors put forth.

I was disappointed to see no mention of the internet hyping in the SEC report but that may be due to the fact that the SEC seems to be a tad slow and needs to be hit over the head to get something.....

Lastly, if the SEC recovers $$$ from its actions, do we shareholders get a piece of that pie? I have asked the SEC this question and they won't give me an answer.

At this point, my holdings are worth about $1 like Don's holdings. Should we all contact Reid with anything and everything we know just to see if something pops up that he was unaware of? Seems to me there is no other possibility of recovering any $$$ except for the slight chance the SEC will recover something for us. I see nothing coming from DCTC or the mystery CRZN shares we STILL don't have.

I am not hanging my hat on recouping any rewards from lawsuits we have pending with MJZ. One: it will probably take years to resolve, Two: if we did win something, I feel the common shareholders will be the LAST to be taken care of as seen with ALL other activity to date.

Thoughts anyone? Let's stop sitting back HOPING for something from DCTC. Time to reach outward and see if that avenue might yield something.
