That's because Wal-Mart serves middle americana and then some, they don't have internet accessability but they have 9 kids who need tennis shoes and oreo's for cheap.

Sure, they can out-source a technology they don't understand, then just concentrate on their core-business.


Wal-mart already has outsourced it and they own the outsourcing so to speak.

Did you know a very large % of Wal-Mart shoppers still don't have Internet connections?


Sure do know that and the Wal-mart site had a lot of traffic regardless with very little promoting.
