Coal might be a reasonable short term play. In the longer term (1+ years) the NG supply will catch up with demand and coal will continue it's decline in usage. Remember the lawsuits threatened by the northeast states against the midwest states for polluting the air with their coal powerplants? How about the EPA lawsuits against the midwest power producers (AEP comes right to mind) for cheating at their coal plants and vastly exceeding pollution limits. Coal is dying.

Yup, I got PKD (and KEG, and MAVK, and...).

The cash is piling up as my January contracts are selling like hotcakes. Wish I had bought more last fall. Can't figure out who would be buying contracts that are so far in the money.
