Chris - I thought you MIGHT be interested to know that there MIGHT also be some trouble for the same group of people in connection with their POSSIBLE trading in, and the POSSIBLE criminal manipulation of, a stock that MIGHT BE known as GUMM <g>.

Without getting into the merits of Gum-Tech as a company or GUMM as a stock, suffice it to say that the recent trading in that stock, particularly on December 4 and 5, was unusual enough to set off some alarms. The only question in my mind is whether the fine folks at Nasdaq Market Surveillance can get together with their counterparts at the SEC, who have received written complaints about one or more members of that merry band of sleazebags.

BTW if this post triggers any sputtering rebuttals that you think deserve a surrebuttal, please let me know. I don't regularly follow this thread and I have the creeps on "ignore" so I might not notice otherwise. -Eric
