Floyd - I wonder if the SEC would be interested to find out if any of the "troupe" of shorts also have accounts with Barbary Coast Capital Management? Do YOU have an account a BCCM? Does Auric manage YOUR money? I wonder if the operator of a hedge fund, who is also a regoistered broker/dealer, who has a significant "institutional" position (short or long) in a stock that he simultaneously bashes, slanders, and implies false facts about - I wonder if that operator is breaking the law? Especially if that operator manages the accounts for other people who are ALSO similarly bashing, slandering, maligning, and otherwise posting false facts? I wonder how the law considers such a hypothetical situation... Do you think they'll adopt Auric's Abolone recipe at Club Fed?
