she and i were in the middle of a series of pm's not long before she went to the hospital....some of them now unanswered. i was out of the country at the time and we often had a running daily dialogue about the market and stocks of common interest. we often were on the phone to the same conference calls while sending messages back and forth.

so... having someone suddenly disappear like that, let alone someone like her...

yeah, i'd like to know what the hell happened to her.

and it has not one thing to do with your comment on morbidity.

Hi, George. People try to make sense out of these things, if only in trivial ways. It is a way of asserting order amidst chaos, and possibly of learning lessons that could be useful to others. Sometimes, you are right, it is morbid. But not always......I will have a report, soon, on how things stand, although I have still a few matters to put to rest before wrapping up the memorial.......
