As for patents for other tech being applied to CDMA that wont work, IDCC tried it already. Didnt QCOM end up paying IDCC??

MarginMike As a regular lurker I have read your reasoned and intelligent posts as well as the others on this board, and understand and support your rebuttals to Rajala. Rajala reminds me of a kid who hung out on the fringes of my crowd when I was in High School. He would say anything outrageous -- often racist and sexist comments -- and logically flawed, just to get a rise out of someone. He even relished getting into fist fights as long as he was getting some kind of attention. The great similarity between Rajala and the kid from High School days is that there is a grain of truth in what they're talking about. This would always get someone to feel confused wondering if what was being said had some merit. Sort of like Joseph Goebells, the Nazi propagandist, who espoused the big lie based on half-truths. For those who surf this thread and are not as knowledgeable as the veterans of the board, it is good that someone speaks up with integrity and with the right information to counter the misinformation and propaganda as well as the childish seeking of attention.
