Guess you warned everyone about eToys too?

and priceline, pets.com, cmgi priced at 163, et cetera
et cetera, while shorting all these stocks proving
how much you've profitted by your "wisdom"....

TIGI still in is business...plus before you
write further doom and gloom about r/s's
read the protections against dilution section of the 8-K.

This is a pretty thorough 8-k, and I have 117 printed
pages to read through. Since this isn't worth your time,
why don't you bargain hunt elsewhere and devote your time
better where ever that may be doing something
constructive for a change. Certainly don't waste
your time reading the 8-K in its entirety, since
why should you bother...after your last out take
was especially absurd.

Looks like there finally is a team in town that can
finally execute on what always has been in theory
a profitable ecommerce business model, which has
adapted accordingly to position itself to realize profits.

I usually don't make price predictions, but by the end
of January, tigi should be back around $1.25 or $1.50

Only time will tell which one of us is ultimately
correct, and thus far the timeline has been too short
to be too gleeful and bombastic about current
price levels in a market and sector
where just about every stock's price has dropped.
