Ralph A. is a technical analyst, and TA is not a suitable tool for assessing value stocks which most of the well-known high-tech issues have become. It is, at best, occasionally useful for momo stocks under a set of well-defined conditions.

Let's not forget RA also "predicted" in Spring that NAZ should see 6000 by the end of 2000. So he is about 250% off on that one.

I would've preferred that he hadn't talked about Q* because I don't want him to jinx our stock!
