I posted that up as a possibility of government regulations gone awry. No new power plants in 15 years with a population explosion is a recipe for .....problems. I was wondering how much the liberal policies of the left have contributed to this situation.

What are you talking about? I thought California was the trend-setter for the rest of the nation. vbg. I don't see why anybody would want to live there permanently. knc
