Was the Business Week Investing 2000 article which wrote of SNDK being a great short candidate discussed here? Apologies if I've missed those post(s). I scanned that BW article, but I can't remember accurately the facts. Gist of the SNDK mention was that a fund manager liked SNDK as a short because of overcapacity and competition, if I recall. Although the BW article is in the issue that's on sale now, the SNDK prices are outdated. Manager was quoted as saying short and cover @ 30 (SNDK then @60) - IF I remember correctly. Paul Senior
