There's probably a few of those, but I'd be willing to wager that the majority of them are lower to middle income folks who never really participated in the market runup and who the Grinchspan rate hikes have really hurt. Variable interest rate mortgages and the other rates that touch people of normal means.knc

Lower rates alone dont create bubbles. You have a reverse bubble in the making right now that needs to be corrected by lower rates. The economy/market needs a jolt at once, like a half point cut. Then after that you can move slowly.
