I dunno,,,don't follow IBD any longer,,,good or bad,not sure,,, O'neil's background tends to be a momentum player...early in my trading career, allright, just yesterday (g's), an astute trader said to be very careful of his reading as they tend to be great for momentum trading, but range, a very different story... also,,,I believe he went bankrupt at one time, or so I've been told... still, i like his information, and will continue to read his stuff... my connotation derives from several readings...the key is congestion...
