Thank You! for ur quick reply
I didnt know that i could take the $6,000 loss? cause i didnt wait 31days.
I purchased a second batch of stocks, the same day that i sold in the same company, which are now down $15,000.
So the way that i understand it, as long as i keep buying & selling at a loss(the same co.) i dont have to wait 31 days?
Thanks!....i will be selling the 2nd. batch tomorrow, so that i can claim a total loss of $21,000 against other long term gains.
