ernie, not to beat a dead horse, but as I posted when trading was halted: The SEC is NOT here to help existing shareholders of a company.

The SEC will NOT try to get old shareholders any $$$

The SEC is here to "protect" FUTURE shareholders from US, the present shareholders. US who want to sell our shares TO... new folks. THAT'S how the SEC works. The are not your friend. They only want to stop existing shareholders from selling to the people they want to "protect" -- and that's NEW BUYERS.

i.e. WE are the enemy as far as the SEC is concerned. WE are bad because WE want to sell our shares to NEW FOLK.

The official SEC line after they have destroyed a stock's market is to tell the old shareholders that if they want recourse, to go after it via private litigation. The SEC's only job to to take time & money away from "the Company" (and therefore away from US the shareholders) via fines and distracting headaches and to stop the trading of a Company's stock.

They are not and will not try to make old existing shareholders whole in any way. We "is" the "enemy" and the SEC is not our friend.

Until this sinks in, people will have a hard time understanding what's happened vis a vie the SEC/DCI events.

Colin
