Water rights? Yup....right back to the precious natural resources "thang," eh? ;-) Anyway....I don't think you need to look half-way 'round the planet to seem that kind of battle. Just look at the Western half of the United States. Between California trying to suck the Colorado dry, and Las Vegas/Texas doing a number on their aquifer(s)...to name just two...well...did someone mention political warfare? Bottom line? The basic causes of Warfare are still all around us. Indeed; with....what....8 BILLION of us on this globe now all trying to live the "American Dream" of mass consumption of consumables....well...ever struck a match to a building full of very dry tinder?
