Stephen, The COT is not the same as my RT short interest. The short interest I'm looking at is the total number of shares short. It is tallied once a month. I can look at it and roughly gage how many days average volume is short. Problem is the number gets old fast. Your rambling makes good sense. It follows my general thoughts or fears about the current tech market. There might be a little life left in it. I might also need to find another area to trade or learn how to be a Bear. NW
