Spam cut is in the cards, more important that even with the dollar at 110 oil is below $26 that is a big bust for Europe and SE Asia.

Just compare 117 x 36 vs. 110 x 26 that is a 47% difference in cost of oil/energy cost in local currency!!!,

All the talk about a low Euro and hit to earnings evaporates and I think soon High Tech internationals will start moving after some hick up and adjustments first week of January.
