jobless claims: seasonal distortion. retailers hiring for the X-mas season, and not enough states reporting definitive numbers. interesting that construction, the last vestige of the bubble, coupled to the RE price explosion instigated by the GSE's expanding their balance sheets by a frigging 20% in a single quarter, is still booming. i'm really beginning to wonder why Greenboink wanted the job again...
