Yep... but since no one is interested in buying anything right now, it's tough for manufacturers to pass on those added fuel costs, now isn't it?

Btw, the first part of spring Bush will supposedly call a major energy summit aimed at increasing US energy independence.

But where this really hurts the economy is with the poor folks who are seeing their power and gas bills skyrocket.

And I'd wager that high gas costs were one reason the Xmas season was so slow. When faced with heating your homes and buying extra Xmas gifts, I think we can be sure which option will be chosen.

Looking at this you can see why power plants weren't built in CA. There has been a decrease it appears here in cost where Tech has experienced the most incredible boom .
