Eugene, I owe you. I've been reading your posts on the AMAT thread. And specifically your posts on Novellus. I bought at 30 and sold at 36. I know your intention was to short at 30 (a few days ago. Expecting it to break to 25), so I did the opposite. Since as you said, nvls behaved better, with more relative strength.

Anyway, excuse the digression. You said there are 3 moderators. GST's point was to question the impression that the three actually discussed the issue, read the posts and made a positive decision for expulsion. I cannot believe that three intelligent people can decide that any statement about whether Yahoo's earnings justify its price (pro or con) is grounds for expelling a poster from a thread. (EDIT>>> but I also didn't believe Yahoo would go to 500, either. I guess there are a lot of bulls to go along with all the bulls__t)) I also am amazed that Mark Fowler has not been expelled after posting all his shorting taunts. I bet he came close, though.

Cheers. Happy new year. The new fools thread is not worthy of you. And I value your posts on AMAT.

"I apologize for the intrusion here." No intrusion, thank you again for certifying that a panel was indeed convened in this case and took action as a group rather than as the act of a single individual.
