I started reading that article and didn't even get close to finishing it. Yes, it shows by your ill-informed comments about its content. You need to brush up on vote fraud, especially those documented cases using punch cards. It would take less than 15 minutes for someone to stick a sharp object through a stack of cards. Remember this has been done in the past after the cards were stacked at the precinct. So your dismissal of this as the delusions of "someone needing help" is just wishful thinking due to your lack of knowledge and closed mind.
