ok, so what you are saying i think is something like for every
barrel of oil the usa consumes, only one drinking glass full
is needed for the home heating requirements.

ok, lets assume that the barrel holds 100 glass fulls,
where do you think the other 99 is needed?

made into car gasoline = ?
used by industry = ?

Seems that all the news last month about a shortage of
heating fuel that caused prez clinSin to tape that wartime
reserve was a fake if only 1 to 5 percent of each barrel is needed.

Please help me understand, and ignore my prez clinSin bashing.
