Data from PublicData.com is pretty vague Are you sure you even have the right Gordons especially since I doubt James F. & Robert P. were born seven days apart- Jul 24 1950 and Jul 31 1950 respectively ? Did you verify SS#'s and DOB's???? Actually think R.P.G may have been born in '51 since in filing of 08/31/00, RPG was listed as age 49 not 50.

I'm not aware of any jail time for either. I know Jimmy, at first on a friendly basis, then not so friendly when I began publicly pointing out in April that I believed his brother to be nothing more than a crook and a liar. (If you have PUBLIC info about this, stop implying and post it. I as well as many more would be very interested.) It was just at that time Jimmy had squeezed his brother, who by the way Jimmy makes no bones about letting you know he dislikes intensely, but it was about that time he received his 2,000,000 pre-split shares as settlement for not suing RG and the company. Got a long rambling message left on my service threatening all sorts of action towards me if I didn't stop. (Really worked didn't it? lol) In a subsequent one on one telco ...another threat, a subtle death threat. Nice family. It was at that time I found out that Bernie D was a convicted felon. Personally I'd quicker do a million dollar deal with BD on a handshake than I'd do a $500 deal in writing with anyone named Gordon. Monday, January 15th. If I don't see substantial public info with numbers, positive numbers, I'd say we're, should say "they're", in for more of the same 'ol bs. I'll be out and doing something else.
