RIMM- agree, need to wait, no need to jump in here. I'd like to see how it behaves at around 90 level.

Looked at financials- not seeing enough to make me short. Better to be careful here.

I think biotech may be setting up for a pullback. Overhang of shares in Jan, rich valuations, charts that are weak in many cases. ABGX is one possible short here.

Other possible shorts for trades are

BRCD at around 108
EMLX at around 93
ITWO at around 67
JNPR at around 160

I am chicken long and short here. I still like cash.

FFIV warned today, a CSCO competitor. Optical charts portend bad news in that sector, GE chart starting to decay.

People are talking about Naz consolidating here with perhaps a pop up into Jan. Did we not hear the same type of talk before Labor Day with a post Labor day rally forecasted?

I would not count on the Jan effect here.....it has moved into December as it has become better known, and we may be getting it this week.

Earnings can only suck, and I'm not betting on Uncle Al easing in Jan. Housing still roaring, energy prices high, dollar may weaken in weeks ahead.

Anyone buying tech with gusto here is seeing something that I just do not see.
